Job Description

Further the development, sales, and promotion of all Saffron Road products throughout all channels of business

Ø Primary point of contact for sales, merchandising and delivery teams at local sales center(s)

Ø Build and maintain relationships with the distributor sales-force, management, operations and office staff to maximize brand potential

Ø Ensure proper execution of all chain promotional activities at store level – including, but not limited to: communication with chain management (vertical call), securing & building displays, maintaining proper levels of inventory, planogram execution, and point of sale distribution

Ø Execute p.o.s., and secondary placement opportunities using tools provided by the Director of Sales to maximize brand potential and eliminate out of stock situations

Ø Communicate all information regarding sales center work-force to Director of Sales and assist D.O.S. in their day-to-day duties

Ø Support local field marketing events to maximize brand exposure and sales execution across the region.

Ø Communicate successes, competition trends, deals, product introductions and opportunities via daily/weekly sales recaps to their Director of Sales. 

Ø Follow-up on, and communicate, all results from consumer relations inquiries passed along through the Director of sales.

Ø Participate in crew drives, or sales blitzes, throughout the region, division and country in order to support field team in achieving their sales goals

Ø Work with Marketing Department to ensure proper execution of all marketing initiatives

§ For example: Demoing, event planning, execution and sampling events in local markets

Ø Ensure & forecast Point of Sale availability at local sales center(s)

Ø Check & monitor product inventory levels at the distributor and communicate potential problems to Director of Sales.

Ø Responsible for checking the complete Saffron Road portfolio while executing store initiatives.

Ø Can work in a high energy, fast pace environment. 

Job Requirements

College Degree

Ø 1-2 years of outside sales experience

Ø Work well both independently and as a team

Ø Excellent cross-cultural communication ability

Ø Ability to analyze opportunities quickly and execute company goals efficiently

Ø Travel required 

Ø Reliable Transportation a Must

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, & Power Point
