Job Description

We’re seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Coordinator to join our small, yet mighty team as we continue to grow our exciting new platform. You'll work closely with our customer success, client strategy, and product development teams to provide exceptional experiences to both sides of our marketplace to drive our business forward.  This role will help to tie all loose ends together and ensure efficiencies across all internal functions.

You should have...

  • A Bachelor’s degree, or higher (preference for business or economics majors)

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales operations or other operational role

  • A clear understanding of sales processes and are familiar with providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets

  • You possess strong analytical skills and are detail and solution-oriented

  • Significant experience with Mac, iOS, Android and Windows experience and the ability to type 60+ WPM.

  • Have project management experience ideally.

  • You can hit the ground running & take ownership from day one.

  • Flexibility, with weekend, evening & holiday availability as scheduled

  • Strong initiative and creative problem solving skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent phone etiquette

  • Organized, detail-oriented, reliable and dependable; Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong follow through

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • A passion & understanding of field marketing preferred and of course, a love for all things food and beverage is a plus!

Job Requirements

You will need to...

  • Become an expert on the entire online and offline PINATA experience  

  • Partake in extensive market research to provide Client Strategy team with targeted outreach solutions

  • Daily data entry and trends tracking

  • Be the lead management on back end editing tool of the app for agency partners

  • Escalate concerns and complaints from users in accordance with existing policies and procedures

  • Social Media updates / postings as needed

  • Communicate bugs and critical feedback to the development and management teams

  • Comfortable analyzing and creating visualization/ reports based on data sets

  • Compile post-event reporting to provide to account management team on a weekly basis

  • Help maintain up to date calendar

  • Identifying and documenting process gaps and troubleshooting issues.

  • Effectively managing conflict negotiation and project escalation.

  • Ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality.

  • Leading and inspiring teams by communicating a vision for the project in a passionate and effective manner.
