Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketer and Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Experience running digital ads (including Facebook) is also required.


Organization

  • Reports to Chief Marketing Officer
  • Based Minneapolis, MN

Responsibilities

  • Generate, manage and optimize all Facebook advertising campaigns to reach core and new audiences.
  • Build out geo-targeted digital advertising to build brand awareness, support retail distribution and drive sell-through.
  • Work with design to build and optimize owned and paid social distribution, influencer amplification and paid native distribution.
  • Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g. operations, sales data, digital mkt. etc.).
  • Analyze data (SPINS, WFM Vendor Portal) to optimize allotments and identify new FM opportunities.
  • Generate KPI dashboards to report on media content effectiveness and apply industry knowledge to translate anecdotal or qualitative media content data into recommendations and plans for revising campaigns.
  • Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business design/implement solutions to meet these needs.
  • Keep abreast of industry news and trends
Job Requirements
  • Experience in media buying and analytics.
  • Experience with Facebook advertising, social media and native advertising.
  • Experience working with creative to build engaging digital content.
  • Background in market research and project management.
  • Strong Excel skills and business intelligence tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Superb communication skills.
  • Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Responsible self-starter and ability tobe flexible and work with ambiguity in a self-directed way when needed.
