Job Description
We are seeking a Field and Retail Marketing Manager East to join our team in a full-time, role, based in the East Coast. This person will bring our brand to life on the ground and in stores with a creative, innovative approach that supports the growth of REBBL and drives in-store velocity.  This person will oversee all of REBBL’s field marketing and in-store marketing activity in the East.  This includes: retail programming; demo programs; event negotiation, activation and staffing; and field operations and logistics.  The FRMM will oversee the NY Territory Marketing Manager along with staffing agencies and will help build our Best in Class field organization moving forward.  This will include managing contracted Demo/Event Specialists across the east. They will work hand in hand with the Sales Department, our Brand team, and report to the Director of Field and Retail Marketing.


  • Creates East strategy and yearly plan for field marketing, in tandem with the FRMD
  • Manages the East Field Marketing Managers (FMM) to identify and activate local sampling events and demos on a weekly basis
  • Strategically manages execution expectation of local events and partnerships with FMM and contractors to increase product trial and REBBL brand awareness and growth of new business
  • Meets weekly with FMM’s to collaborate with and support sales initiatives in each region
  • Strategically manages the budget and activation plans to meet the Field Marketing Objectives
  • Oversee FMM’s to manage all aspects of the event planning process: pre, during and post duties including: personnel, product delivery/distribution, refrigeration, 
transportation, supplies, contracts, insurance, permits
  • Maintain a weekly status report to review with Director and VP on progress of performance of each region
  • Manages strategic directions, objectives, and goals from REBBL by Director of Field Marketing/SVP of Marketing
  • Presents all market planning, reporting and recapping data for their division to the Field and Retail Marketing Director/SVP of Marketing.
  • Actively participates in Sales, Distributor, Merchandising and Retail efforts to close sales accounts when needed.
  • Work with Field and Retail Marketing Director to concept and execute 360-degree retail programs. 
  • Act as a liaison between the field Sales and Field Marketing teams to collect feedback and relay a field perspective to the REBBL brand team
  • Manage relationships with demo company(s) to supplement any territory voids when necessary
  • Work closely with Community Manager to integrate digital initiatives into field marketing strategy where it makes sense (e.g. host a user-generated content giveaway on Instagram at an activation, or promote a special in-store event via a boosted Facebook campaign).

  • You have experience creating and executing retail programs, large scale events, and demo programs
  • You are passionate about curating and executing events
  • You are able to analyze opportunities and decide which makes the most sense for REBBL
  • You have excellent attention to detail, and can manage a large budget for various areas of the marketing department for multiple regions
  • You are able to influence people as well as manage and nurture full time and contracted teams
  • You are passionate about living a natural lifestyle and are excited and willing to immerse yourself even deeper into the Plant Queendom
  • You understand the REBBL consumer to find the right supporting activities for the brand
  • You learn from the field and can translate those learnings into appropriate in-market actions throughout the country
  • You have a strong understanding of technology as it pertains the role - you “get” Excel, the internet, and can navigate through different programs like Slack and Expensify
  • You ask good questions, but also take initiative and are resourceful when things need to get done
  • You perform very well under pressure, can balance multiple things on your plate at once, and constantly reprioritize tasks as needed

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years prior experience in field marketing and/ or brand management
  • Experience running marketing programs and effectively managing teams and budgets
  • Responsible, self-motivated, dependable, and engaging
  • Outgoing and personable, capable of nurturing relationships as well as engaging strangers
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Full-time, salaried position, located in the East Coast (ideally focus city- NY, Boston, Chicago)
  • 40+ hours per week, medical benefits
  • Ability to be on the road several weeks out of the year (30%-40%)
  • Ability to plan and organize (frequently-changing) schedule according to travel, planning & event priorities
  • Strong working knowledge of partner and vendor contract development and special event permitting
  • Exceptional leadership experience with the ability to lead and influence team member
  • Experience building and maintaining partnerships
