Job Description

Position Statement: Assist the Operations Department with managing all finished goods inventory at various warehouses. This position requires superior communication skills, analytics, with the ability to multi-task and change directions quickly in a high-energy setting. We’re looking for a go-getter who is dependable, trustworthy, talented, creative, and organized, with a strong attention to detail.  
Position Details:

  1. Track inventory levels daily
  2. Allocate inventory to open orders and release them for shipment
  3. Place orders for various sample shipments out of our warehouses
  4. Purchase boxes for use in our warehouse (e-commerce, promotional materials, etc)
  5. Submit work orders to the warehouse to have various case types built just-in-time for outbound shipment
  6. Backup various team members when they are out of the office
  7. Reduce costs at all times and wherever possible

Job Requirements
  1. 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  2. Superior written and verbal communication skills
  3. Strong computer skills in a Windows environment
