Job Description

We are looking for a high energy, entrepreneurial individual to help grow the Brodo brand throughout NYC and the US.  The role will be an Operations Coordinator working directly with the CMO, CFO and COO to execute existing functions, create new processes, drive new business, and execute ad-hoc projects. It is a loosely-defined position on purpose…we hope the candidate will be able to help define the position over time. Ideal candidate has a ton of energy, very strong work ethic, an interest in good food, and an appetite for helping shape a growing company in a nascent market with big potential. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will be responsible for numerous ad-hoc projects, assignments, and tasks
  • Manage customer service efforts with prompt and professional writing
  • Help drive new sales efforts by seeking new customer relationships
  • Perform certain financial reporting functions
  • Manage delivery service relationships, including onboarding new services
  • Order office supplies within designated budget
  • Schedule and coordinate industry and corporate events
  • Social Technology:  Update Blog, Facebook, and Twitter accounts as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Answer and route incoming calls

Required Skills:

  • College Degree preferred along with 2+ years of executive administrative experience (Recent college graduates encouraged)
  • Professional Administrative Certification preferred: CPS, CAP
  • Preferred knowledge of office systems – Sharepoint, all aspects of Social Media
  • 10-Key by touch
  • Type 50 WPM
  • Tech-Savvy
  • Excellent MS Office skills
